It’s time to let me look after you…

I am a qualified Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra teacher and while each of my classes is different they all keep the same core values: calm, simple, empowering.

We use our breath to explore postures, meditation and relaxation so that you feel restored and resilient afterwards. I’m passionate about sharing my toolkit with you so that you can find out what makes you feel good, and how to make it last long after you’ve stepped off your mat.

New people are always welcome, regardless of whether you’ve been practising yoga for years or never stepped foot on a mat before. Plenty of options are given with encouragement to try something new so you won’t be alone.

There is absolutely no requirement to be flexible, fit or even wear Lycra! Most medical conditions, injuries and limitations can be accounted for with a bit of creativity, an open mind and a sense of intrigue.

We practice in terms of six or seven weeks to fall in line with the Leicestershire school holidays.

£8 per class, payable termly in advance

I currently run two weekly classes:

yin yoga for wellbeing online yoga with exhale
Yin Yoga for Wellbeing, online, Mondays 9.30 – 10.30 am

If you are craving mental balance and a sense of wellbeing, looking to manage anxiety, stress, sleep issues or just find it hard to switch off your washing machine mind – then this is the class for you.

In this online class, we explore Yin yoga postures to allow your body to release tension so that your mind is able to let go too.

The postures are held for a little while with props and supports (that you can gather from around your home) so you really sink into the postures for maximum benefit.

Each class is different and sometimes we’ll follow this with breathwork, Qi Gong, accessible meditation or a nourishing relaxation. Everything working in harmony to promote stillness and resilience.

This class is the perfect way to start your week with intention and positivity!
