Escape for a while. Move your body with mindful postures, focussed breathing and guided relaxation in this online Hatha yoga class. You will start to trust yourself, explore your own capabilities and unlock your potential. There will be an emphasis on letting go, understanding and self-development.
The power of your breath will support you during the class and beyond, once you step off the mat, by introducing ways to bring calm and acceptance into your life.
Suitable for everyone from absolute beginners to those who have been practising for years.
Wednesdays: 1.00-2.30 pm
Restore & Reconnect (online)
- A mummy who feels a bit lost – whatever parenting stage you are in?
- Struggling to remember who you are without all the mummy labels: cook, carer, teacher, nurse, chauffeur, cleaner, personal assistant…?
- Taking care of everyone, apart from you?
- Desperate for some ‘me time’ but don’t even know what that is or how to fit anything else in your day?
- Drained, frazzled and feeling pretty rubbish?
I’ve been there. I’ve felt hopeless and knew something had to change but the idea of trying to fit one more thing into the day was enough to tip me over the edge.
It was easier to neglect me than drop one of those spinning plates. But I promise you, take this 90-minute class, once a week and it will become your safe haven. You will learn how to breathe and how to be. And with a still body and mind, you will be able to think more clearly and give more deeply.
I am giving you permission to stop. To spend some time moving your body, exploring your breath and enjoying a nourishing relaxation to rejuvenate and just be ‘you’ again in this online Hatha yoga class. Imagine that: 20 minutes at the end of the class lying with your eyes closed in peace!
But let’s face it, it’s no mean feat getting 90 uninterrupted minutes to yourself. So this class is all about acceptance and knowing that babies will wake up or need feeding, teenagers will walk in front of your camera, the toddler will sometimes just.not.let.go.of.you, and the dog/cat will almost certainly lie on your mat. And all of that is absolutely fine.
Do what you need to do during the class – no apologies allowed.
You just need a mat and enough space to spread your arms and legs out in all directions.
Suitable for everyone from absolute beginners to those who have been practising for years. Not suitable for those who are pregnant or who have birthed in the last six weeks.

If you take only one thing on board, this is it: yoga is for every single person, there is no minimum requirement for flexibility, strength, good health (physical or mental), fitness or coordination and you certainly don’t need any fancy kit.
In Person Classes
For the time being all classes are being taught online. As soon as we are able to teach face-to-face, the classes will be available.
Face-to-face classes are taught in 6-week blocks at £48 per person.
