Classes

It looks hopeful that we will be able to start face-to-face classes again soon and as soon as it is safe for us to practice yoga in-person, I’ll be in touch.

Online classes continue as usual and will remain on the timetable whatever the future holds.

New people are always welcome, regardless of whether you’ve been practising yoga for years or never stepped foot on a mat before.

Exhale classes are suitable for absolute beginners through to those who have been practising for years. They aren’t suitable for those who are pregnant or who have birthed in the last six weeks. You just need a mat and enough space to spread your arms and legs out in all directions.

We practice in terms of six (£42) or seven (£49) weeks, payable in advance, to fall in line with the Leicestershire school holidays.

Focus, Release & Unwind
Tuesday 7.30 – 9.00 pm (online)

Escape for a while. Stretch your body with mindful postures, focussed breathing and a nourishing relaxation in this online Hatha yoga class.

There will be an emphasis on letting go, understanding and self-development. You will start to trust yourself, explore your own capabilities and bring a little space into your life.

Relax & Restore
Thursday 7.30 – 8.30 pm (online)

It’s time to let me look after you. This class is for you if you are looking to manage anxiety or stress, struggle to sleep or find it hard to switch off your whirring mind.

In this low-impact class we explore a handful of restorative and Yin yoga postures to allow the body to release and your mind feels able to let go. The postures are held for a little while with props and supports (that you can gather from around your home) so you really sink into relaxation.

This is followed by breathwork to promote stillness and we finish with an accessible meditation or a long Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep – a deep relaxation) to allow your body and mind to rest and recover.

In Person Classes

Currently, all classes are being held online. As soon as we are able to teach face-to-face, the following classes will be available.

We practice in terms of six (£48) or seven (£56) weeks, payable in advance, to fall in line with the Leicestershire school holidays.
